Avanzamos en las obras del Centro Comercial La Vaguada.
En ASAVA continuamos trabajando intensamente en las obras de remodelación de La Vaguada, el centro comercial más antiguo y representativo de la Comunidad de Madrid. Tras la salida del grupo comercial “El Corte Inglés”, este icónico espacio, propiedad del grupo Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, se está transformando para adaptarse a las necesidades de los nuevos operadores, entre ellos Primark.
Bajo la dirección de ARCADIS y COTECNO Arquitectura – Ingeniería, estamos llevando a cabo todas las actuaciones necesarias para adecuar un total de 27.000 m² distribuidos en 5 plantas y cubiertas. Este ambicioso proyecto no solo busca modernizar el espacio, sino también posicionar a La Vaguada como un referente de vanguardia en la experiencia comercial de Madrid.
Queremos agradecer a todo nuestro equipo por el esfuerzo y dedicación que están demostrando en cada fase de esta transformación.
