ASAVA inicia la ejecución de los proyectos de reforma de los restaurantes del Grupo Chalito en Madrid, con la previsión de alcanzar un mínimo de 10 locales renovados.
Grupo Chalito, la marca de restauración especializada en milanesas, en su plan de expansión da el salto a Madrid y deposita su confianza en ASAVA para la realización de sus proyectos y las obras, reformas, equipamiento y decoración de sus restaurantes.
La cadena de restaurantes Chalito, que tiene como principal inversor al delantero blaugrana Luis Suárez, tendrá una gran presencia en la capital española con la apertura de hasta diez locales, de aquí al próximo año. A lo largo de lo que queda de año, destinará una inversión de 10 millones para desarrollar su ambicioso plan de expansión que prevé cuadruplicar su número de locales en la capital.
Grupo Chalito cuenta con ASAVA para los trabajos llave en mano de al menos 10 restaurantes en Madrid. La primera ubicación será en el Centro Comercial Nassica, en Getafe, que abrirá sus puertas a lo largo de este mes, los siguientes establecimientos estarán en los centros comerciales Alegra (San Sebastián de los Reyes), Heron City Las Rozas e Intu Xanadú (Arroyomolinos), entre otros.
La compañía Chalito ha cerrado el ejercicio de 2023 con una facturación que roza los 11 millones de euros, unos 3 millones más que la campaña anterior. Con un equipo de cinco socios y una plantilla de aproximadamente 200 empleados, el grupo ha vendido más de un millón de milanesas este pasado año. Detrás de Grupo Chalito están Luis Suárez y los hermanos Bonaduce.
Se trata de cuatro proyectos en los cuales actualmente estamos trabajando, en la línea del concepto de marca de Chalito: transmitir autenticidad y gusto por lo artesano (handmade). Consiste en la creación de espacios cálidos y acogedores, pensados para transmitir cercanía y esa esencia de “hecho a mano”. Proyectos de interiorismo en los cuales se utilizan materiales naturales que destilan carácter y que muestran sus formas y texturas particulares, como maderas, hierro y ladrillos a la vista.
