Finestrelles Shopping Centre inaugura las nuevas instalaciones de su reforma paisajística.
Finestrelles Shopping Centre, presentó ayer oficialmente su reforma paisajística. Se trata de un ambicioso proyecto en el que ASAVA ha colaborado en la ejecución de las obras de mejora. En este proyecto se han instalado siete pérgolas en diversas zonas del centro, creado nuevas áreas de descanso y añadido una divertida zona de juegos infantiles.
Entre las novedades, destacan las 29 jardineras llenas de coloridas flores y plantas, todo diseñado para mejorar la experiencia de los visitantes y conectar el entorno comercial con la naturaleza. Este proyecto, basado en el concepto de «Shopping Promenade» desarrollado por FREY, busca generar un espacio al aire libre con más zonas verdes y áreas de descanso, contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad y un mayor compromiso con el medio ambiente.
Una de las grandes atracciones es el nuevo parque infantil de 700 m² 🍽️. Este espacio, inspirado en la famosa salamandra de Gaudí en el Parque Güell, ofrece juegos de distintos niveles, algunos de ellos inclusivos, y promete ser un punto de encuentro para toda la familia. Asimismo, la planta de restauración ha sido transformada en un espacio que combina terrazas y zonas de ocio para mayores y pequeños, convirtiéndose en un lugar ideal para disfrutar en compañía.
A la inauguración asistieron destacadas autoridades locales, incluyendo la alcaldesa de Esplugues de Llobregat, junto con directivos de FREY, de Cushman & Wakefield y representantes de operadores y proveedores del centro.
Agradecemos de nuevo la confianza depositada en ASAVA por parte de FREY, desarrollando los diseños de Broadway Malyan en colaboración con Site Consultancy.
