ASAVA finaliza con éxito la transformación del Centro Comercial Westfield Parquesur (Madrid).
ASAVA ha concluido el proyecto de transformación, adecuación y reforma del Centro Comercial WESTFIELD PARQUESUR en Leganés (Madrid), uno de los centros comerciales más icónicos y grandes de Madrid con 7.500 m² de superficie.
Se trata de un área de completamente renovada, donde hemos completado trabajos de acondicionamiento y reestructuración para las superficies de Primark y C&A:
• Demolición y saneamiento
• Instalación de alumbrado provisional
• Estructuras clave para los espacios comerciales
En el caso de la tienda Primark, ASAVA ha dejado todo preparado para el acondicionamiento de la misma, que se reubicará dentro del centro comercial el próximo año, duplicando su superficie actual y mejorando la experiencia de los clientes en tienda.
Además, nos encargamos de la obra civil del aparcamiento de la zona de Primark: adecuación de viales para tráfico pesado 🚛, fresado, asfaltado y reubicación de un báculo de 10 metros para mejorar la accesibilidad.
Estamos satisfechos por el trabajo realizado, pues este proyecto refuerza nuestro compromiso con la innovación y renovación de espacios comerciales, siempre aportando valor a nuestros clientes y comunidades.
