El Centro Comercial La Vaguada (Madrid) se estrena tras su reforma integral.
El Centro Comercial La Vaguada, primer centro comercial instalado en Madrid y primero en España, uno de los espacios más emblemáticos de la ciudad, está de estreno. El pasado lunes fue presentado formalmente por Isabel Díaz Ayuso (Presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid) y José Luis Martínez-Almeida (Alcalde de Madrid), quienes destacaron en sus declaraciones el impacto positivo de este desarrollo en la ciudad de Madrid.
Este ambicioso proyecto ha permitido crear un entorno más acogedor y funcional, mejorando la experiencia de los visitantes, quienes ya han aumentado en un 20% desde el inicio de las obras.
ASAVA se enorgullece de haber sido parte de esta reforma integral, llevando a cabo la remodelación de las cinco plantas del centro. Nuestro equipo ha trabajado en la redistribución de los espacios, permitiendo la entrada de grandes operadores como Primark, Ikea, MediaMarkt y Nike, asegurando que este espacio combine modernidad y tradición.
Esta renovación también ha implicado la construcción y sustitución de instalaciones clave, desde escaleras mecánicas hasta estructuras, techos y pavimentos 🔧, todo ello realizado mientras el centro comercial mantenía su actividad diaria. Un desafío que hemos superado con éxito.
Gracias a este esfuerzo, La Vaguada no solo refuerza su papel como un espacio social y de entretenimiento en la capital, sino que sigue siendo un motor económico clave para la Comunidad de Madrid, empleando a más de 4.000 personas y recibiendo a más de 25 millones de visitantes anuales.
